Bartering

These were made for Cyndi of the Lazy B Farm.  We bartered a chicken for the mitts.  Love bartering!  That’s always an option, especially for other Statham Farmer’s Market vendors!

The wool was from another friend, Liz Strum, who raises Jacob’s sheep on the other side of Athens.  A REAL local from beginning to end product!

  1. Bartering is the best way to get what you want without spending all of your money!

  2. Good barter! My family does it all the time too. I wrote something about it today. My strangest barter was a garage door install for a new will.

  3. bartering is so great, we should all do it more often.
you might like my food swap story I did recently.
